Kasseem A. Bey resided in Hillside, officials say (File photo).NEWARK -- Authorities have identified a 34-year-old Hillside man as the victim in a Nov. 4 fatal shooting in the city's East Ward.
Kasseem A. Bey was shot to death near the intersection of Avenue C and Miller Street at 6 a.m., said Essex County Prosecutor's Office spokeswoman Katherine Carter.

The shooting occurred outside of the nearby plant, she said.
Additional details of the killing were not immediately available, Carter said.
Bey's death pushes the city's 2015 homicide total to 83.
